About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Account Executive (APAC) to drive our regional sales efforts while mentoring junior team members and helping shape the APAC sales playbook. This person will drive expansion across new and existing accounts, contributing to a high-performing team grounded in the BeZero Sales Methodology.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in enterprise sales with the ability to inspire, coach, and execute, consistently delivering exceptional outcomes through a systematic and consultative approach.
- New & Existing business: Own the full revenue cycle for strategic APAC accounts, from prospecting and pipeline development through to executive engagement and closing.
- Consultative sales: Manage complete enterprise sales cycles — from prospecting and pipeline development to executive-level presentations and closing complex deals — using a consultative, value-driven approach
- Relationship-building: Build trusted, long-term advisory relationships with leaders in the Carbon Market
- Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Ratings teams to shape APAC go to market and deliver accurate forecasts.
This role is expected to work from our Singapore office 4 days per week.
Who You Are:
- You have 5+ years of B2B sales experience at the MM/Enterprise level
- You have experience of selling in the carbon market - some compliance carbon market experience is a bonus. You’ve consistently exceeded quota and have the track record to back it up
- You’re a tenacious hunter who strives for excellence in Demand Generation and Pipeline Velocity
- You love to write and are great at communicating complex messages in simple ways
- You’re an accomplished project manager and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
- You are consultative by nature, listening deeply, asking the right questions, open to suggestions and challenge, from clients and your team.
- You’re not afraid to challenge constructively, bringing fresh insights to colleagues.
- You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy, in-office environment
- Language skills (Mandarin, Japanese) highly desireable
